Did you ever wonder about those blue keystone shaped signs you see along the roadways of PA? Maybe you have noticed the damaged marker near the Sunoco station along Gulph Rd. Well on Saturday, November 8th, you will have an opportunity to hear the back story of the Keystone Markers from Greg Prichard, Vice President, Keystone Marker Trust.
King of Prussia has two markers. One is standing, but in the wrong location, and the other is beyond repair. The Historical Society has undertaken an initiative to collect funds to restore them. Find out more about this effort and what you can do to help.
The public is invited to this joint program with the Radnor Historical Society on November 8th. Please come and learn about Keystone Markers at 2:00 pm in Christ Church (Old Swedes) Hall, 740 River Rd, Swedesburg, PA.
