On February 3, 2005 the Upper Merion Township Board of Supervisors officially accepted The 2020 Vision Plan. The Plan was a long-range planning document that was to provide insight on what the Township expected to be in the year 2020, and outlined a number of issues that would need to be addressed in the next ten to fifteen years. Since
